We are Social Media Consulting Limited, and we collect some personal information from you to help with apprenticeship opportunities. If you give us your details at this fair, we are responsible for looking after them. This means we follow the law and keep your information safe.

If you fill in this form, we will collect:

- Your email or phone number
- Your age or school/college
- Your industry
- Your educational information
- Your location
We will only ask for what we need.
Why we collect your personal data
We use your information so we can:
- Contact you about apprenticeship opportunities
- Send you promotional emails about our social media checks, by our brand right2socials, but only if you give us permission
What’s the legal basis for processing your personal data?
We use your data because:
- We have a legitimate interest in following up with you about apprenticeships you expressed interest in
- You’ve given us your permission, if you tick the box to hear from us about promotional content
We’ll never use your data for anything you haven’t agreed to.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your data. We might share it with our trusted third parties for business support or our training partners if that helps you find the right opportunity, but only if it’s relevant.
How long we keep it
We only keep your details as long as we need them. If you don’t want to hear from us anymore, please let us know by contacting privacy@sp-index.com and we’ll delete your information.
Your rights – what can you do?
You have control over your personal information. Here’s what you can ask us to do:
- See your information: you can ask us to show you what personal data we hold about you.
- Fix your information: if anything we have about you is wrong or incomplete, you can ask us to correct it.
- Delete your information: you can ask us to delete your personal data if there’s no good reason for us to keep it.
